For delivery on the same day in Agia Galini, the order needs to be placed before 14:00 local time. Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Antigoni, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Erofili Rooms, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
For a service at Church of Saint Paraskevi, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before ordering for a guest at Sunlight, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Romantika, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates and preserved roses, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
