Planning a same-day delivery in Jalapa? The ordering deadline is 14:00 local time. Enter the complete street address, postcode and town for the recipient, with their full name and a telephone number for contact. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. When entering an address in Colonia Bosques de Viena, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Hotel Mendez, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. For flowers addressed to a guest at Hotel Puente Viejo, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
For a delivery to a teacher at Colegio Liceo Jalapa, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Sending flowers to someone at Escuela Nacional para Varones y Niñas No 1? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. A delivery for Escuela Normal de Parvulos is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
Flowers for a service at Iglesia Evangélica Pentecostés HEREDEROS DEL REINO are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at La Calzada Seventh-day Adventist Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at La Iglesia de Jesucristo de los Santos de los Últimos Días, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Alta Vista Hotel Boutique, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
Address flowers for someone at Municipalidad de Jalapa with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
For a recipient whose address is in El Terrero, keep that place name in the address you enter.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Antojitos Acuarios, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
