Same Day Delivery
Send your flower order for Medavakkam online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. You pay online in your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Colonel Dr. Jeppiaar Memorial is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. Local landmarks such as Rajam Statue are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

The same-day ordering cutoff in Medavakkam is 14:00, local time. Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order. Address details for Karapakkam should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
Ask whether flowers are accepted by the recipient’s ward at Kottakkal Arya Vaidhyasala, and address the order to the hospital itself. Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for Chettinad Super Speciality Hospital, using the hospital’s own address for the destination.
Sending to Holiday Inn Express? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. If the recipient is staying at Novotel & Ibis Hotels, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
A delivery for Government Primary School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at Kendriya Vidyalaya No 1 & 2, AFS, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Sending flowers to someone at Sri sankara global academy? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before ordering for a guest at Aloft, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
For a patient at Malar Clinic, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination.
For flowers addressed to someone at Zone 14, Greater Chennai Corporation Office, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.
For a recipient whose address is in Kamakoti Nagar, keep that place name in the address you enter.
For a tribute intended for Madras War Cemetery, confirm with the cemetery where flowers can be accepted and which entrance or meeting point to use before placing the order; a cemetery name alone does not specify the handover location.
For a table booked at Amma mess, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
If the service takes place at Sri Skandashramam Temple, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
