Same Day Delivery
Send your flower order for Leilem Dua online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

Same-day orders for Leilem Dua close at 14:30 local time. For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. Where the delivery address includes Kauneran Satu, retain the locality when filling in the order.
For a delivery to a teacher at SD Inpres Kauneran, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to SD Inpres Perumnas Uluindano, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for SD Inpres Tumatangtang is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
When a funeral service is held at GGP EKLESIA KASURATAN, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at GPDI KASURATAN, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at GSJA are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Lionel Wuisan Homes, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
Before placing a workplace order for Balai Desa Kolongan Atas Sonder, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.
An address in Kolongan Atas Dua should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
For a table booked at Rumah Om Awo, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
