You do not need to be in Playen to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Patung Jenderal Besar Soedirman is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. Local landmarks such as Tugu Tobong Gamping Bunderan Siyono are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Playen is 14:30 local time. The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building.
Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for RS Nurrohmah, using the hospital’s own address for the destination.

Flowers for a service at Gereja Santo Fransiscus Xaverius Stasi Beji are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Gereja Santo Yusuf, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Masjid Abu Bakar Ash-shiddiq siyono wetan, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Hotel Sansha, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
For a thank-you addressed to staff at ABHIPRAYA CENTER (Biro Psikologi Abhipraya), check flower acceptance and the department’s delivery address before ordering.
Before placing a workplace order for Badan Riset dan Inovasi Nasional (BRIN), ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.
A delivery timed for a meal at Bakso Mie Ayam Cak Irin needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
