Same Day Delivery
Order from wherever you are for flowers arranged and delivered locally in Kisumu central. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Kisumu central is 15:00 local time. For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one. Where the delivery address includes Kondele, retain the locality when filling in the order.
Use the hospital’s full address for Obama Children's Hospital, and ask the relevant ward whether flowers may be delivered. When the recipient is at Guru Nanak Hospital, the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers.
For a delivery to a teacher at Joyland Special School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Sending flowers to someone at Kisumu Union Primary School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. When several people are giving the flowers together at All-Star Nursery School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
If the service takes place at CITAM Kisumu, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Repentance and holiness church, kisumu altar, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check that Poly View Hotel can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.
For a patient at Migosi Sub-county Hospital, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination.
For a recipient at Huduma Centre Kisumu, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Ujima Food Garden, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Best Western, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
If the recipient is staying at Clarice Guest House, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
