You do not need to be in Kupang to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. You pay online in your own currency. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

Enter the complete street address, postcode and town for the recipient, with their full name and a telephone number for contact. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. For a recipient whose address is in Kampung Baru Cina Kupang, keep that place name in the address you enter.
For a delivery to a teacher at Sekolah Jenis Kebangsaan (Cina) Seng Yok, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Sekolah Jenis Kebangsaan (Tamil) Ladang Kupang, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at Sekolah Kebangsaan Kuala Kupang, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
If the service takes place at Masjid Ehsaniah Pekan Kupang, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Masjid Sultan Sallehuddin Tok Bandar Pulai, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Masjid Sungai Limau are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with Village hotel before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
An order addressed to Pejabat Ahli Majlis Pekan Kupang should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.
An address in Pekan Kupang should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Tok Mamee Bawal Goreng Western & Tomyam, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
