Order from wherever you are for flowers arranged and delivered locally in Taxco. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Payment is taken online in your own currency. A personal message accompanies the flowers on a free card, using exactly the words you provide. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Local landmarks such as Cristo Taxqueña are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by Monumento al Minero in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Same-day orders for Taxco close at 14:00 local time. Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one.
If the recipient is staying at Hotel Posada Santa Anita, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. Before ordering for a guest at Casa Grande Hotel, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. The location listed for Hotel Posada Santa Anita is Av. De los Plateros 320; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a service at Santa Prisca Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient works at Casa Janna, ask about personal flower deliveries and identify the organisation and their department in the address.
A delivery timed for a meal at pozoleria tia calla needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
