Send your flower order for Tizimín online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. You can complete payment online using your own currency. A personal message accompanies the flowers on a free card, using exactly the words you provide. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. People locate the town by Monumento a los Dioses Mayas in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Local landmarks such as Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Enter the complete street address, postcode and town for the recipient, with their full name and a telephone number for contact. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one. If the destination is in Privada Casa Real, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Hotel Roazi, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. For flowers addressed to a guest at Hotel "San Jorge", first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. Sending to Posada Marian? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. The listed address for Hotel Roazi is Calle 33 356; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
A delivery for Conafe Tizimín is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to Dr. Crescencio Carrillo Y Ancona, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at Capilla del Hospital San Carlos, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Ex-Convento Franciscano, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Iglesia "Los Santos Reyes", confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for Cruz Roja, using the hospital’s own address for the destination.
Address flowers for someone at Casa de la cultura with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
A delivery timed for a meal at Casa Makech needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
