For delivery on the same day in Orkhontuul, the order needs to be placed before 17:00 local time. For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When ordering for a recipient at Orkhontuul, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
