For a recipient in Drachten, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

The order must be placed before 14:00 local time for same-day flowers in Drachten. The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order. If the destination is in Azeven, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
A delivery for Het Drachtster Lyceum is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
For a service at Doopsgezinde Kerk, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at De Arke, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at De Fontein, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Hotel Drachten, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
An order for a staff member at Smallingerland City Hall should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
For someone in De Haven, use that locality name within the delivery address.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Brownies&downieS, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
