Send flowers to San Juan from another country; the arrangement is made and delivered locally. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed.
For a delivery to a teacher at Centro Educativo Básico General San Juan, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Colegio de San Juan, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
An order for a staff member at Tribunal Electoral should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Restaurante Doña Gladys, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
