Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. Any required building access code should accompany the order.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Institución Educativa Antonio Raimondi, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at Institución Educativa Cped - 50853, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Institución Educativa No. 501083, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Hostal Yanmarco, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
For a table booked at La casa de Xiovana, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants and chocolates, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
