You do not need to be in Gapan to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Local landmarks such as Bonifacio Statue are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. Gapan City Welcome Arc is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Same-day flower delivery in Gapan has an ordering deadline of 17:00, measured in local time. The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions. When entering an address in Anamel Village, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
For a delivery to a teacher at Santo Cristo Norte Elementary School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
If the service takes place at National Shrine of Virgen La Divina Pastora, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a thank-you addressed to staff at Gapan District Hospital, check flower acceptance and the department’s delivery address before ordering.
An order for a staff member at Bayanihan Barangay Council should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
For an address in Camella Gapan, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Max's Restaurant, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
