The order must be placed before 17:00 local time for same-day flowers in Olongapo. Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Barretto.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Subic Bay Travelers Hotel and Event Center, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. If the recipient is staying at Segara Villas, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. For flowers addressed to a guest at The Lighthouse Marina Resort, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. You will find Subic Bay Travelers Hotel and Event Center listed at Aguinaldo Street; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When several people are giving the flowers together at James L. Gordon Integrated School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for Kalalake National High School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at Lyceum of Subic Bay, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
For a service at IGLESIA NI CRISTO Lokal ng Olongapo, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. Flowers for a service at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
An order for a staff member at DOLE Zambales Field Office should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
A delivery timed for a meal at Pizza Hut needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
