Send flowers to Hajnowka from another country; the arrangement is made and delivered locally. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. The online payment is made in your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. People locate the town by Jan Paweł II in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Local landmarks such as Kamień pamiątkowy kaprala Bolesława Bierwiaczonka are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Same-day orders for Hajnowka close at 14:00 local time. Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Add any required entry code before submitting the order. When entering an address in Czworaki, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
If you are sending to a guest of Wrota Lasu, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
When several people are giving the flowers together at II Liceum Ogólnokształcące z dodatkową nauką języka białoruskiego, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at Szkoła Podstawowa nr 2 im. Władysława Jagiełły, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. A delivery for Szkoła Podstawowa nr 5 im. Janusza Kusocińskiego is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
If the service takes place at Kościół pw. Podwyższenia Krzyża Świętego, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Cerkiew pw. Narodzenia Świętego Jana Chrzciciela are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Cerkiew pw.Świętego Dymitra, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Dom Nauczyciela w Hajnówce, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
For a recipient at Zakład Ubezpieczeń Społecznych, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.
Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Fabryka Chemiczna.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Pizzeria Siciliana, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
You can also browse dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
