You do not need to be in Sejny to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. Add your personal message to the free card; your words are kept unchanged. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. People locate the town by Antoni Baranowski in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Pomnik Powstania Sejneńskiego is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Order before 14:00 in the destination’s local time for same-day delivery in Sejny. Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Any required building access code should accompany the order. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Cyganowo.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Szkoła Podstawowa im. Majora Henryka Dobrzańskiego "Hubala" w Sejnach, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for Zespół Szkół Centrum Kształcenia Rolniczego im. Stanisława Staszica w Sejnach is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Sending flowers to someone at Zespół Szkół Ogólnokształcących? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
Flowers for a service at Bazylika Kolegiacka Nawiedzenia Najświętszej Maryi Panny are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Kościół pw. Matki Boskiej Częstochowskiej, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Kaplica cmentarna, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Skarpa, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
An order for a staff member at Urząd Gminy Sejny should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Gorzelnia.
A delivery timed for a meal at Lithuanian Restaurant needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
