Send flowers to Wilimowo from another country; the arrangement is made and delivered locally. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. You can complete payment online using your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

For delivery on the same day in Wilimowo, the order needs to be placed before 14:00 local time. When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order. For a recipient whose address is in Gutkowo, keep that place name in the address you enter.
Flowers for a service at Tymczasowa kaplica parafialna are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. When a funeral service is held at Kaplica domowa, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Kaplica pw. Matki Bożej Bolesnej i bł. Reginy Protmann, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for someone staying at Hotel Pirat should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Pirat, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
