A florist in Zakecie handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order. When the destination is in Drzonków, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Pensjonat Korona, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
Before sending flowers to Szkoła Podstawowa im Orła Białego w Lubieszowie, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at Branżowa Szkoła I Stopnia przy Centrum Kształcenia Zawodowego i Ustawicznego „Elektryk”, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at Liceum Ogólnokształcące im. Krzysztofa Kamila Baczyńskiego? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
If the service takes place at Kościół św. Wawrzyńca, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Kościół św. Szymona i św. Judy Tadeusza are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Kapilca parafii ewangelicko augsburskiej, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for someone staying at Nadodrzański Dwór should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
For a recipient at Powiatowy Inspektor Nadzoru Budowlanego, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.
For a recipient whose address is in Racula, keep that place name in the address you enter.
For a tribute addressed to Omega, check the delivery arrangements and precise meeting point with the venue first. If flowers are going to Cmentarz komunalny w Stanach, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Retro, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
