Order from wherever you are for flowers arranged and delivered locally in Kraljevo. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. People locate the town by Spomenik srpskom vojniku in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. For a recipient whose address is in Bogacevo Brdo, keep that place name in the address you enter.
If you are sending to a guest of Belvedere, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. Sending to Crystal? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
For a delivery to a teacher at OS „Dimitrije Tucovic”, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. When several people are giving the flowers together at OS "Jovo Kursula", put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
Flowers for a service at Crkva Svete Trojice are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Temple of Saint Sava, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient is staying at Turist, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
Before sending to Zdravstveni centar Studenica, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address.
For a recipient at Osnovni sud Kraljevo, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.
Where the delivery address includes Higijenski Zavod, retain the locality when filling in the order.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Brvnara, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, wine and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
