Same Day Delivery
Send your flower order for Ivanjkovci online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Rojstna hiša Stanka Vraza is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. Local landmarks such as Jeruzalem, trig. točka I. reda are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout.
If you cannot visit a guest at Hotel Dvorec Jeruzalem, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering. For delivery details relating to Hotel Dvorec Jeruzalem, its listed address is Jeruzalem 8; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When several people are giving the flowers together at OŠ Ivanjkovci, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
If the service takes place at Cerkev Žalostne Matere božje, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Župnijska cerkev svetega Miklavža, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. When a funeral service is held at Župnijska cerkev vseh svetnikov, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to someone at AKOS, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Sibon Wine & Spa Resort, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
