Send your flower order for Koper online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. People locate the town by Pier Paolo Vergerio in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Spomenik padlim v NOB is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

The local ordering deadline for same-day flowers in Koper is 14:00. Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details. An address in Šalara / Salara should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
Check with Hotel Capodistria before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. For a guest at Villa Robida, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Hotel Koper, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. The address given for Hotel Capodistria is Ankaranska cesta / Via Ancarano 0; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a delivery to a teacher at Osnovna šola Antona Ukmarja, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Primary school Elvira Vatovec Prade, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for Osnovna šola Dušana Bordona is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
For a service at Holy Trinity, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. Flowers for a service at Župnijska cerkev Marijinega vnebovzetja are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When entering an address in Olmo, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
A delivery timed for a meal at Gostišče Trattoria Turk needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
