Send flowers to Nagoda from another country; the arrangement is made and delivered locally. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Anantara Kalutara Resort, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. For a guest at Anantara Staff Accommodation, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
If the service takes place at Ashokaramaya, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Kalutara Mosque, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Kalutara church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for someone staying at Roy villa should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.

Address flowers for someone at Dodangoda Divisional Secretariat Office with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
If the recipient’s address is in Waskaduwa, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Awanhala Hotel, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
