You do not need to be in Scuol to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Dr. J. Leva is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. People locate the town by Dr. med. Eduard Killias in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order. If the destination is in Nairs, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
Check with Belvédère before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. For a guest at Grandhotel Scuol Palace, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
Sending flowers to someone at Hochalpines Institut Ftan? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. For a delivery to a teacher at Scoula Ardez, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. A delivery for Scoula Sent is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
Flowers for a service at Baselgia refurmada are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Kirche Sur En, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. When a funeral service is held at Herz Jesu, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Belvair, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
Ask about personal flower deliveries at Chasa cumünala, then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.
Where the delivery address includes Costa Dad Archas, retain the locality when filling in the order.
A delivery timed for a meal at Conrad needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
