Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

For delivery on the same day in Goynucek, the order needs to be placed before 16:00 local time. Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one. If the recipient’s address is in Cumhuriyet, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
Check with Fimar Life Thermal Resort Hotel before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. The address for Fimar Life Thermal Resort Hotel is given as terziköy kaplıca mevkii çiviköy, 05100 Çivi Köyü/Amasya Merkez/Amasya; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
An order addressed to Göynücek Kaymakamlık Lojmanı should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.
For an address in Merkez, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, cakes and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
