Same Day Delivery
Send your flower order for Dungannon online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. People locate the town by Edgar Henry Harper in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Margaret Elizabeth Noble is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

For delivery on the same day in Dungannon, the order needs to be placed before 18:00 local time. Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout.
Before arranging flowers for someone at South Tyrone Hospital, check acceptance with the hospital and ward, then provide the institution’s complete address. The address for South Tyrone Hospital is given as Carland Road; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
A delivery for St Patrick's Academy is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at Drumglass High School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Buddy Bear Trust Conductive Education Independent School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
If the service takes place at Carland Presbyterian Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Dungannon Baptist Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check whether Mid Ulster District Council accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.
If flowers are going to Cottagequinn Cemetery, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
A delivery timed for a meal at Viscount's needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
