A florist in Hengoed handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. You can complete payment online using your own currency. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Local landmarks such as Blackwood War Memorial are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by Newbridge War Memorial in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout. An address in Porset Park should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
A flower order for someone staying at Sergeants Accommodation should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
Before sending flowers to Islwyn High School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at Pentwynmawr Primary School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. When several people are giving the flowers together at Ysgol Gyfun Cwm Rhymni, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
For a service at St. Catwg's Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at St. Sannan's Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at Oakdale Christian Centre are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before ordering for a guest at Llechwen Hall Hotel, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
When ordering for a recipient at Tredomen House, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
Confirm the delivery point and handover arrangements with D.J Thomas & Son Funeral Directors - Office before using it as the address for a funeral tribute. A tribute addressed to Glyn-Taf Crematorium and Cemetery should carry the name of the person it is for and the time of the service: a cemetery covers more ground than a single address.
A delivery timed for a meal at Fish Kitchen 1931 needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, wine, champagne and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
