Same Day Delivery
You do not need to be in Plas Madoc to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. People locate the town by Chirk War Memorial in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Local landmarks such as Coedpoeth War Memorial are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

The local ordering deadline for same-day flowers in Plas Madoc is 18:00. Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions. If the recipient’s address is in Plas Coch, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
A flower order for a recipient at Chirk Community Hospital needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance. Sending to a patient at New Hall Hospital calls for a check with their ward about flowers and the hospital’s complete delivery address on the order. John's Street is the listed address of Chirk Community Hospital; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Froncysyllte Community Primary School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Before sending flowers to Ysgol Min y Ddôl, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at Ysgol Rhiwabon, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
For a service at St Mary's Parish Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at St David, Church in Wales, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Cefn Mawr Barber, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
If the recipient works at Chirk Town Council, ask about personal flower deliveries and identify the organisation and their department in the address.
Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Croes Eneurys.
For a tribute intended for Wrexham Cemetery, confirm with the cemetery where flowers can be accepted and which entrance or meeting point to use before placing the order; a cemetery name alone does not specify the handover location.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Oriental Tandoori, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
