Send your flower order for Porthill online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. The online payment is made in your own currency. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. People locate the town by Josiah Wedgwood Statue in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Local landmarks such as Watermills Chimney are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Enter the complete street address, postcode and town for the recipient, with their full name and a telephone number for contact. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order. If the recipient’s address is in Sneyd Green, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
Before sending to Bradwell Hospital, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address. If you are sending flowers to someone at Haywood Hospital, first check whether their ward accepts them and enter the hospital’s full delivery address.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Cedars Newcastle Base, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for St. Giles' and St. George's CofE Academy is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Sending flowers to someone at Park Avenue Girls' High School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
For a service at Minster Church of Saint Peter-Ad-Vincula, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. When a funeral service is held at St. Mark's Basford, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with the ward at Harplands Hospital before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery.
Where the delivery address includes Etruria, retain the locality when filling in the order.
For a tribute addressed to Staffordshire Funeral Directors, check the delivery arrangements and precise meeting point with the venue first. Before sending a tribute to St. Peter-ad-Vincula, ask which gate is used for deliveries and whether somebody needs to be there to receive it.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Nando's, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates, wine, champagne and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
A flower order for someone staying at Travelodge Newcastle-under-Lyme Central should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
When arranging flowers for Travelodge Newcastle-under-Lyme Central, note its listed address, Newcastle Road; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
