Fresh blooms delivered to over 120+ countries.
Same Day Delivery
You can send flowers to someone in Saffron Walden even when you are in another country, with the arrangement prepared and delivered locally for your recipient. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. The online payment is made in your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Local landmarks such as Anglo American Memorial are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by Polish War Memorial in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Order before 18:00 in the destination’s local time for same-day delivery in Saffron Walden. When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout. For an address in Crocus Fields, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Cross Keys Hotel, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. Check with The Saffron Hotel before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
Sending flowers to someone at Saffron Walden County High School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. Before sending flowers to Katherine Semar Infant School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at Katherine Semar Junior School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
Flowers for a service at Saint Mary the Virgin, Saffron Walden are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. When a funeral service is held at Our Lady Of Compassion, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at St John, Little Walden, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you are sending to a guest of Premier Inn, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
Before sending to Saffron Walden Community Hospital (no A&E), confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address.
If the recipient works at Town Hall, ask about personal flower deliveries and identify the organisation and their department in the address.
If the destination is in Pleasant Valley, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
If flowers are going to Saffron Walden Cemetery, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
For a table booked at Zafferano Lounge, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates, wine, champagne and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
