You do not need to be in Wigan to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Great Haigh Sough is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. Local landmarks such as Aspull War Memorial are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed. For someone in Wigan Pier, use that locality name within the delivery address.
Before ordering for a guest at Mount Hotel, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. When addressing flowers to a guest at Premier Inn, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. A flower order for someone staying at Brittania Hotel should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. Mount Hotel has a listed address of Orrell Road; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a delivery to a teacher at Cansfield High School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. A delivery for Dean Trust Wigan is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. When several people are giving the flowers together at Fred Longworth High School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
For a service at All Saints' Parish Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at Saint Wilfrid's, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at St James' Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before arranging flowers for someone at Leigh Health Centre, check acceptance with the hospital and ward, then provide the institution’s complete address.
If the recipient works at Wigan Town Hall, ask about personal flower deliveries and identify the organisation and their department in the address.
An address in Bottling Wood should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
For a tribute addressed to Bate & Holland Funeral Services Ltd, check the delivery arrangements and precise meeting point with the venue first.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Pizza Hut, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, wine, champagne and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
When the recipient is at Thomas Linacre Outpatient Centre, the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers.
If you are sending flowers to someone at Hanover Centre, first check whether their ward accepts them and enter the hospital’s full delivery address.
