Same Day Delivery
Send your flower order for Boulder Hill online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. People locate the town by Oldest Village in Kendall County in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Original Kendall County Seat and Courthouse is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one. Where the delivery address includes South Park, retain the locality when filling in the order.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Aurora, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. The location listed for Holiday Inn Express & Suites Aurora is North Broadway 111; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Before sending flowers to West Aurora High School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at Wheatland Salem Church - Oswego Campus, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a tribute intended for West Aurora Cemetery, confirm with the cemetery where flowers can be accepted and which entrance or meeting point to use before placing the order; a cemetery name alone does not specify the handover location.
For a table booked at Windy City Pizza, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
