Fresh blooms delivered to over 120+ countries.
Same Day Delivery
You can order flowers for Des Moines online from another country, with local preparation and delivery. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. People locate the town by Soldiers and Sailors Monument in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Iowa Holocaust Memorial is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Place a same-day order for Des Moines by the local cutoff of 12:00. Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. Where the delivery address includes Beaverdale, retain the locality when filling in the order.
If you are sending to a guest of Des Moines Marriott Downtown, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. Check that Renaissance Des Moines Savery Hotel can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Hilton Des Moines Downtown, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. You will find Des Moines Marriott Downtown listed at Grand Avenue 700; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
A delivery for East High School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Sending flowers to someone at Theodore Roosevelt High School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. Before sending flowers to Capitol View Elementary School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
If the service takes place at Basilica of Saint John, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Cottage Grove Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Saint Ambrose Cathedral are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
An order for a staff member at Iowa State Capitol should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
For someone in Downtown, use that locality name within the delivery address.
For a tribute addressed to Hamilton's Funeral Home, check the delivery arrangements and precise meeting point with the venue first. If flowers are going to Woodland Cemetery, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Blaze Pizza, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
