Same Day Delivery
For a recipient in Healdsburg, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
To order flowers for same-day delivery in Healdsburg, use the destination’s 12:00 local cutoff. Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order.
Before ordering for a guest at Best Western Dry Creek Inn, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for h2hotel, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. A flower order for someone staying at The Lodge at Healdsburg, Tapestry Collection by Hilton should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. You will find Best Western Dry Creek Inn listed at Dry Creek Road 198; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
A delivery for Healdsburg High School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to Healdsburg Elementary School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. Sending flowers to someone at Healdsburg Junior High School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
If the service takes place at Hope Chapel Healdsburg, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Ask about personal flower deliveries at City Hall, then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.
A tribute addressed to Oak Mound Cemetery should carry the name of the person it is for and the time of the service: a cemetery covers more ground than a single address.
A delivery timed for a meal at SingleThread needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
