Send flowers to Lutsen from another country; the arrangement is made and delivered locally. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

The same-day ordering cutoff in Lutsen is 12:00, local time. When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building.
Sending to Caribou Highlands Lodge? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. Before ordering for a guest at Eagle Ridge Resort, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
For a service at Lutsen Evangelical Lutheran Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Lutsen Log Cabins, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
Before sending to a workplace such as Lutsen Community Center, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Lofty Gondola, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
