For a recipient in Mackay, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. You pay online in your own currency. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

The same-day ordering cutoff in Mackay is 12:00, local time. Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order.
Sending flowers to someone at Mackay Elementary School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. When several people are giving the flowers together at Mackay Junior-Senior High School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
For a service at Mackay Community Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you cannot visit a guest at Bear Bottom Inn, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering.
Before placing a workplace order for Mackay City Hall, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Amy Lou's Steakhouse, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
