The same-day ordering cutoff in Mount Horeb is 12:00, local time. Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. Where the delivery address includes Camelot View, retain the locality when filling in the order.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to GrandStay Hotel & Suites, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. GrandStay Hotel & Suites has a listed address of Lillehammer Lane 175; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Before sending flowers to Mt. Horeb High School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. Sending flowers to someone at Mount Horeb Middle School & Mount Horeb Intermediate Center? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
For a service at Evangelical Lutheran Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at Immanuel Lutheran Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. When a funeral service is held at St. Ignatius, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
An order for a staff member at Mount Horeb Village Hall should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
If the recipient’s address is in Eggum's Addition, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
A delivery timed for a meal at Pizza Hut needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
