Same Day Delivery
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Northbrook. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. You pay online in your own currency. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

The local ordering deadline for same-day flowers in Northbrook is 12:00. Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details. Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Techny.
For a guest at Renaissance North Shore, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
Before sending flowers to Glenbrook North High School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at Northbrook Junior High School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Sending flowers to someone at Shabonee School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
Flowers for a service at Congregation Beth Shalom are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Islamic Cultural Center of Greater Chicago, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Northbrook Sheraton, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
Ask about personal flower deliveries at Northbrook Village Hall, then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.
If flowers are going to North Northfield Cemetery, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
A delivery timed for a meal at Buffalo Wild Wings needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
