Same Day Delivery
Send flowers to someone in Rhinelander without being there yourself: ordering is online, with preparation and delivery handled locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Comfort Inn, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. When addressing flowers to a guest at AmericInn Lodge & Suites, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. If you are sending to a guest of Days Inn & Suites, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. For an order addressed to Comfort Inn, the listed location is Lincoln Street 1490; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Nativity Catholic School- North Building, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Before sending flowers to Nativity Catholic School- South Building, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
Flowers for a service at Calvary Baptist Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Nativity of Our Lord Catholic Church - St Joseph, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Nativity of Our Lord Catholic Church - St Mary, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient works at Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, ask about personal flower deliveries and identify the organisation and their department in the address.
If flowers are going to Forest Home Cemetery, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
A delivery timed for a meal at Pizza Hut needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants and chocolates. Check availability for the product you choose.
