You do not need to be in Roann to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

Same-day orders for Roann close at 12:00 local time. Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details.
For a service at Roann First Brethren Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at United Methodist Church-Roann, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Roann Christian Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For someone working at Roann Town Hall, confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.
Confirm the delivery point and handover arrangements with Grandstaff-Hentgen Funeral Home before using it as the address for a funeral tribute.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Bailey's Pizza Parlor, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
