Same Day Delivery
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Silver Hill. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. A personal message accompanies the flowers on a free card, using exactly the words you provide. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. People locate the town by Arsenal Monument in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Ulysses S. Grant Memorial is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout. For a recipient whose address is in Southwest, keep that place name in the address you enter.
Sending flowers to someone at Anacostia High School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. Before sending flowers to Kimball Elementary School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to someone at DC Infrastructure Academy, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.
Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Carmody Hills.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
