The address given for Best Western Plus Hartford Lodge is Myrtle Street 150; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Sending flowers to someone at East Sutherlin Primary School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. Before sending flowers to Sutherlin Adventist Christian School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at Sutherlin East Primary School, Middle School, & High School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
If the service takes place at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Saint Francis Xavier Catholic Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Sutherlin Family Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to someone at Sutherlin CIty Hall, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.
For a table booked at Abby's, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
