Send your flower order for Theodore online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. You can complete payment online using your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed. When entering an address in Tillmans Corner, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
If you are sending to a guest of Hampton, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. If the recipient is staying at Holiday Inn Express & Suites, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Burroughs Elementary School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at George H. Bryant Vocational Center? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. Before sending flowers to Hankins Middle School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
Flowers for a service at First Baptist Church of Theodore are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Magnolia Springs Baptist Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Holiday Inn, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Lloyds.
A tribute addressed to Mobile Memorial Gardens should carry the name of the person it is for and the time of the service: a cemetery covers more ground than a single address.
For a table booked at Waffle House, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants and chocolates. Check availability for the product you choose.
