Send your flower order for Thorn online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

Same-day orders for Thorn close at 12:00 local time. Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Any required building access code should accompany the order.
Flowers for a service at Church of Christ are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Friendship Missionary Baptist Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Georgies Chapel, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
