Same Day Delivery
A flower order for Anting Zhen can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. A personal message accompanies the flowers on a free card, using exactly the words you provide. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Fangtai.
If the recipient is staying at Home Inn, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Ji Hotel, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
Before sending flowers to Shanghai Arete Bilingual School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
When a funeral service is held at Baihe Meng'En Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Jesus Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at Jiading Guhui Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Crowne Plaza Shanghai Anting, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
For a recipient at Huangdu CHSC, check with the hospital and ward that flowers are accepted, then use the hospital’s full address.
For someone in Huangdu, use that locality name within the delivery address.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Long Time Ago, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
