For same-day flower delivery in Xujing Zhen, place your order before 14:00 local time. Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. When the destination is in Beixinjing, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
A flower order for a recipient at Deltahealth hospital needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance. When the recipient is at Huashan Hospital West Campus, the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers. For a patient at Shanghai Hebin Rehabilitation Hospital, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination. Deltahealth hospital is listed at 徐乐路 109号; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
A delivery for Jiuyi Kindergarten is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to Nord Anglia Chinese International School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at Shanghai Korean School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
If the service takes place at Caijiawan Catholic Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Panlong Christian Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. When a funeral service is held at Panlong Temple, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you are sending to a guest of Mercure Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
Ask about personal flower deliveries at Jiuliting Subdistrict Office, then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.
For a recipient whose address is in Huangduhuayuan, keep that place name in the address you enter.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Al Borgo, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
Check that Hampton by Hilton can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.
If the recipient is staying at Hilton, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
