Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Heguri. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

The same-day ordering cutoff in Heguri is 12:00, local time. For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. Any required building access code should accompany the order. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Fukihata.
Check that Senju Temple can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.
If the service takes place at Chōgosonshi-ji, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Heguri nimasukishi-jinja, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Heguri-jinja, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient is staying at Jōfuku-in Temple, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
Where the delivery address includes Hatsukadai 3-chome, retain the locality when filling in the order.
The listed gift categories include plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
