Flower Delivery in Sango — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Sango

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What should I check before sending flowers to a hospital?

Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for Nara Prefecture Western Medical Center, using the hospital’s own address for the destination.

How should I include the locality in the address?

If the recipient’s address is in Shigigaoka 2-chome, keep that locality in the full delivery address.

What else can I send besides flowers?

The listed gift categories include plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
