Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Kyotamba. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Checkout lets you pay in your own currency. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

The same-day ordering cutoff in Kyotamba is 12:00, local time. Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order. Where the delivery address includes Hosotani, retain the locality when filling in the order.
Flowers for a service at Katsuragi-jinja are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Komohachimangu, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Vipassana Meditation Centre, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Fair field by marriott, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Iwaki.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Shiro Gohan, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
