Flower Delivery in Funai — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Funai

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

When addressing flowers to a guest at Urban Hotspur Miki, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.

How should I include the locality in the address?

If the recipient’s address is in Kojidai 3-chome, keep that locality in the full delivery address.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

A delivery timed for a meal at Buzz Miki needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.

What else can I send besides flowers?

The listed gift categories include plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
